To travelers and dreamers

This blog is intended to describe a trip I made to Varadero and I hope it would be useful to another travaler... or for dreamers who can not afford to travel but like to know other cultures and places

Seafari

I took a tour called Seafari: it is basically going in a boat from Varadero to Cayo Blanco, with a stop to swim with the dolphins and another one to make snorkeling in the sea.

I must say that the boat was quite medium size and very crowded. Open bar. They gave me a sandwich that was a little dry.

Swiming with dolphins is amazing. They're so cute, but very strong.

Snorkeling was fine, but fishes are not coloured as you may expect in Caribe.

Lunch in Cayo Blanco was fine, but not excelent. The place is just like paradise, extremely clean beach, thin white sand, cristal clear water, mangrove swamp: gorgeous!

Very nice tour.

Paradisus Princesa del Mar

I went to Varadero, Cuba on June 2007, and I stayed at Paradisus Princesa del Mar Hotel (belong to Sol Melia).

I must say that the hotel was great, I enjoyed every moment there: the staff was very kind, many restaurants, night shows, day activities, big pool, a beach like paradise, etc. I had the All Inclusive system, because I think it's the best way to enjoy a vacation (you don't worry about expenses all of the time).

The building is quite new (I was told 3 or 4 years) and it's got everything one needs to be comfortable: air conditioned and quite big room, Cable TV and stereo CD Player, big bed, big mirror, big closet, big bathroom, good.

I'm happy that I chose that hotel, I have nothing to complain about.
